Responsible for all legal matters during the course of development and production, including but not limited to evaluating rights/chain of title issues, clearance matters, guild issues, advertising, promotion and publicity issues. Will work under the supervision of a senior attorney to be exposed and learn organization practices in order to work independently as business unit’s senior legal production counsel. Consults with senior attorneys with respect to complex or high-risk matters. Draft, review, analyze and interpret contracts in an accurate and timely manner and provide timely and thoughtful legal advice on potential risks and issues.
