The Chief Compliance officer is a leading role in the Firm’s senior management and will work on a day-to-day basis with the Firm’s CEO and other senior members. The Chief Compliance Officer will be charged with enhancing, monitoring and enforcing the Firm’s compliance policy and procedures, interfacing with counterparties and regulators, managing dedicated compliance staff and coordinating with the operations, technology and legal departments. The CCO, along with the CEO will be responsible for maintaining a culture of compliance throughout the Firm.
