Primary responsibilities for this position include providing day to day legal advice to Primary Casualty executives and underwriters with respect to transactional, regulatory, legislative and compliance matters. Specific duties include negotiating, drafting and reviewing insurance policies and endorsements, reinsurance agreements, loss sensitive program documentation, general corporate contracts and marketing materials. The candidate will also be expected to assist with the structuring of insurance and reinsurance transactions and the development of strategic solutions for issues affecting Primary Casualty divisions.
