Company is seeking an attorney to join the Legal Department and provide legal support for its compliance function as well as handle general commercial matters. While the position is based at our suburban campus near Princeton, some travel to the headquarters in midtown Manhattan will be required. In the compliance area, responsibilities will include coordinating employee and manager training efforts, reviewing and monitoring compliance with a variety of internal policies, working with internal audit and other departments to conduct internal reviews, handling a range of compliance due diligence tasks, and assisting with other compliance-related functions.
