As the Internal General Counsel, you will provide legal counseling with respect to all contracts and contract negotiations, existing and pending patent and trademark filings, and other aspects of the business as needed. In this role, you will be expected to develop a strong understanding of company’s business goals and objectives, provide practical legal advice that furthers those business objectives, and identify legal risks to the business. This position requires you to develop solutions to complex problems that mitigate risk, and to continuously analyze, evaluate, and advise on the legal risks of actions or inactions taken in contract negotiations and execution.
