Work in conjunction with Bank’s New York office to manage certain smaller commercial litigations, residential mortgage litigations or disputes. Handle responses to certain regulatory requests for information, complex subpoenas, non-party subpoenas issued in civil litigations, and other non-party legal process seeking production of documents or testimony. Manage the collection and review of materials for production, including review for responsiveness, privilege and confidentiality (including the management of outside resources as necessary).
