We are seeking a Real Estate Finance Attorney for our Warrenton, Virginia office that will serve as a vital member of our legal team and report to the General Counsel of, and advise, the mortgage lending and servicing companies with regard to their day-to-day legal affairs. This is an ideal role for an individual with a background in sophisticated real estate and related finance transactions, including agency and CMBS financing, mortgage-backed securities secondary market transactions, warehouse financing transactions and other related matters, and who has the confidence to work independently in a dynamic environment with a range of professionals, both internal and external.
