We are seeking a transactional counsel to join company’s Legal team, responsible for assisting the Firm’s continued expansion into transactional work, including private equity and venture capital investing, corporate and project finance, mergers and acquisitions, credit securitizations, restructurings and real estate transactions, both directly and indirectly through partnership with other investment managers. Updating, monitoring, and revising regulatory compliance policies and procedures as they relate to transactional work. Reviewing general contracts and service provider agreements.
