The attorney will work at the bank’s New York office and will report to the Associate General Counsel and Managing Director in New York, as part of a team of six attorneys located in New York and Chicago, supporting the firm’s U.S. Capital Markets platform. He or she will be primarily responsible for supporting the M&A Advisory, Energy Acquisition and Divestiture and Equity Capital Markets businesses. Experience in debt capital markets, leveraged finance, corporate banking, trading products and/or other investment banking and financial legal matters for financial institutions, including providing broker-dealer and bank regulatory advice, is a plus.
