As a senior member of the corporate Tax function, this position will report directly to the Senior Tax Counsel - Tax Planning and Strategy. This individual will be responsible for management of all merger and acquisition matters, tax structure planning and principle structure governance for the company. Manage, develop and implement tax planning strategies that meet the company's goals and objectives globally. Support new business initiatives including acquisitions, dispositions and joint ventures from an international, federal, state, and local perspective for all legal entities.
