Counsel will have responsibility for providing legal advice and counsel to our Private Banking business lines, primarily in connection with loans and deposits and other high net worth consumer banking matters. This position functions as part of our centralized legal team that supports and works closely with the business, credit, operations, and compliance areas of the Private Bank and is a key participant involved in the development and offering of our deposit and lending products and our escrow business. Developing standardized documentation and the drafting / negotiation of customized documents for transactions is a significant aspect of the position; and there are ample opportunities to counsel and be a trusted business partner of the Private Banking executive and senior leadership team.
