This individual will be responsible for reviewing and providing legal advice relating to commercial and governmental equipment supply and construction contracts, bids, service agreements, and respond to a host of legal issues arising during project execution. He/she will also be responsible for investigating, managing and resolving contract conflicts and claims with owners, design professionals and subcontractors. Assist clients and stakeholders in avoiding claims and work closely with in-house litigation counsel and outside counsel to resolve claims and litigation.
