This attorney must have extensive experience in trademark prosecution and enforcement, advising clients on all aspects of trademarks and copyrights and other forms of Intellectual Property, handling pre-litigation matters in a cost-effective manner, and developing corporate policies with respect to protection of intellectual property and confidential information. Works on a broad range of complex legal issues related to Intellectual Property.
