Responsible for developing legal support strategy and providing guidance for all legal issues impacting the company’s Latin America Region. Serves on Region leadership team, providing direct advice and guidance to the Region leadership team on issues impacting the Region. Enhances and/or creates processes and procedures for the consistent and effective handling of legal issues and legal risk management for Latin America markets, working with “in-market” resources, corporate legal resources and outside counsel as appropriate. Provides compliance oversight for issues in the region and ensures corporate books and records is properly maintained.
