In this role, you will handle legal aspects of non-scripted television development, production and distribution across all genres of programming, including structuring, drafting and negotiating a wide range of production services agreements, license agreements, format agreements and distribution agreements. You will be responsible for all legal matters during the course of development and production, including evaluating chain of title, reviewing and drafting casting notices, drafting and reviewing talent agreements and other production legal forms such as music agreements, broadcast review of content for issues such as standards and practices and clearances, advising on labor and guild issues, drafting product placement and sponsorship agreements. You will also analyze and interpret contracts and provide thoughtful legal advice on potential risks and issues in a wide range of legal areas, including intellectual property, digital media and regulatory compliance.
