The position is located in company’s New York office and supporting the Northeast/LATAM Regional Counsel in New York. The Assistant Regional Counsel responsibilities include contract review and negotiation, training and project support around risk mitigation strategy and documentation, liaising between Regional Management and the corporate Risk Management Department and outside legal counsel. The Assistant Regional Counsel is part of company’s corporate Risk Management Department.
