The VP & General Counsel of Government Technologies will report to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and will be a key business partner and leader in the organization. This role will be accountable for legal, contracts, compliance and industrial security/facilities functions within company and will provide support to other companies as they conduct business with the US Federal Government. Serve as the legal subject matter expert for company and the legal department on legal matters relating to federal government business, including reviewing, negotiating and drafting federal government contracts and subcontracts for protection of company’s business posture, satisfaction of government and customer specifications and adherence to company policy and applicable laws.
