Company is seeking a Lead Counsel for it's emerging market business, providing ongoing legal advice and consultation on a wide variety of issues relating to new and existing emerging markets products, strategies and investments. The Senior Counsel will work closely with senior management and business group leadership. Structuring of emerging market product and funds, including global and regional funds, and the negotiation of the related agreements in order to formulate product solutions for our investors.
