The Vice President & General Counsel will be broadly responsible for all legal affairs of the Company, providing counsel on all legal matters and coordinating with outside legal advisors as necessary. The Vice President & General Counsel will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and serve as a key advisor to the Executive Team.
