Under minimal supervision, provides a wide array of legal services to executives, management, professional staff and employees of organization, and its affiliates and subsidiaries. Protects the organization's legal interests, works in collaboration with key stakeholders, and is responsible for drafting and negotiating a wide range of corporate transactions.
