Collaborate with legal colleagues to counsel business clients on all day-to-day legal matters that arise in running the business. Review, negotiate, and draft commercial contracts, including purchase order terms, other vendor and marketing agreements, and logistics and warehousing contracts. Keep key templates and forms up to date with respect to applicable laws/regulations and best practices. Work closely with the business and regulatory and IP teams to create and implement applicable policies and procedures.
