Provide legal services and counsel to executives and field management. Work with a high degree of autonomy and independence to complete business transactions, including major contracts, RFP commitments, and regulatory matters. Confer daily with corporate and subsidiary management, clients and with external counsel and government agencies. Negotiate and draft a broad variety of transactional agreements and related instruments, including but not limited to concession contracts, franchise and licensing agreements, development and construction documents, management contracts, corporate organizational documents, leases, agreements related to the development/transfer/licensing of intellectual property, and all manner of transactional documentation.
