This position has full management responsibility for a number of contracts representatives and provides support and training as needed in all aspects of the contracts discipline. Will utilize in depth understanding of the DOD regulations and commercial terms and conditions to negotiate all types of USG and international and commercial contractual instruments and agreements. Will support competitive and sole source RFPs, PIEA’s and Teaming Agreements.
