The Compliance Officer reports to the General Counsel, oversees the Corporate Compliance Program, and reviews and evaluates compliance issues/concerns within the organization. The Compliance Officer will help establish business practices that are compliant with applicable rules and regulations of jurisdictions where the company conducts business, ensure that company policies and procedures are properly documented, implemented and communicated throughout the company, and periodically audit against such policies to monitor compliance.
