This attorney will work in a variety of areas, with a primary focus on labor and employment and litigation. He/she will prepare and litigate arbitrations of contractual and disciplinary grievances arising from any of the faculty and staff collective negotiations agreements. Advises on issues arising during collective negotiations and handle unfair practice charges and other proceedings before the New Jersey Public Employment Relations Commission.
