Assist in developing, implementing and monitoring compliance with employee and labor relation policies, communications and best practices at company facilities. Conduct union vulnerability audits and prepare reports of findings and recommended mitigation strategy for each facility. Conduct training for managers and supervisors on methods for lawfully maintaining a union-free workplace and minimizing the likelihood of success of union organizing efforts.
