The Corporate Counsel provides counsel and guidance regarding legal matters of the corporation to ensure maximum protection of its legal rights and to maintain its operations within state and federal limits. This team member provides legal work with respect to the corporation’s finance initiatives, general corporate governance and provides legal support to the corporation’s treasury department.
