This Regulatory Compliance Counsel position will work closely with both the Assistant General Counsel and Senior Counsel and will have exposure to a wide variety of management level employees throughout the Company, including Senior Management. Assist Senior Counsel in all aspects of providing legal support for pre-foreclosure and foreclosure department and related business functions. Monitor developments in agency servicing guidelines, relevant foreclosure and servicing laws, regulations, and interpretations.
