The company currently has an in-house opportunity for a Senior Trial Counsel – Tort and General Liability in San Antonio/Austin, TX. This is a remote position. This position partners with our customers and claim centers to deliver the best possible result in pending litigation against our insureds. Reporting in to the Staff Legal Managing Attorney the Senior Trial Counsel position is for very experienced attorneys with significant, relevant trial experience, who demonstrate an ability to handle cases of high complexity and high exposure independently and demonstrate an ability to mentor and coach others.
