We are seeking an experienced General Counsel that will serve as a Corporate Liaison to provide comprehensive legal and compliance services for the organization. As General Counsel you will oversee all legal affairs for the firm and manage all aspects of insurance compliance, including regulatory, marketing and HR. In addition, will serve as a key member of the management team and provide advice on a wide range of strategic, tactical and operational issues.
