This position investigates and manages liability cases in civil litigation from the inception of the lawsuit until conclusion through dismissal, settlement or trial. Works with adjuster and clients to resolve claims as expeditiously and efficiently as possible. Handles a caseload involving moderate to high exposures pending throughout the State of Connecticut. Exposures principally involve general liability, commercial auto, and coverage matters.
