This position assists in the mitigation of legal risks to the company in the areas of contract law, operations, government compliance, litigation, and employment law. Review of commercial contracts such as customer agreements, procurement contracts, supply chain agreements, real estate contracts, IT licenses and administrative engagements. Provide creative drafting and process solutions to supervising legal staff and the business on revenue management, accounts payable, collections and other functions as needed.
