The Corporate Counsel, Securities & Corporate Governance will be a member of the legal and public affairs team made up of approximately 50 attorneys, paralegals, and other professional staff. The attorneys are full strategic partners with their business clients, and work on some of the most challenging, sophisticated and rewarding legal matters in the industry. The Corporate Counsel, Securities & Corporate Governance, works side-by-side with business partners, including the Finance team, senior executives and the Board of Directors. Provide advice and counsel on a broad array of corporate issues.
