We are currently looking to fill an Executive role of General Counsel who will oversee all legal matters of our Home healthcare compliance program to ensure our company’s in compliance with Federal, State and Local laws and best business practices. This person will be responsible for business contracts, in particular, those related to M&A and other relocated agreements. Coordinate and participate in our healthcare compliance programs ensuring all appropriate employees and management are knowledgeable of, and comply with, pertinent Federal and State standards.
