Based in New York City, the Attorney will work in the Legal group and will be responsible for the following: Providing legal guidance and support for overall commercial real estate lending business. Interact with outside counsel and oversee transactions. Manage various legal and regulatory issues associated with commercial real estate lending business including those associated with expansion of company’s business model. Work on other legal projects including providing legal guidance and support in respect of corporate loans.
