We are seeking a highly-motivated, versatile, and energetic commercial attorney to become a critical member of an award winning, fast-moving and collaborative legal department. The position will require the demonstration of legal and business acumen in approaching and resolving issues and drafting commercial agreements, primarily focused on the sales and marketing function of the company. A successful Counsel must simultaneously provide top-level strategic legal advice in a fast-moving environment, while also contributing significant business value to contract preparation and negotiation processes
