The purpose of this position on the Employment Team in the Law and Risk Management Department is to provide risk-based legal advice for employment and dispute resolution issues to the company and its related organizations. Over time, the practice for the attorney in this position will increase in sophistication, breadth and depth of legal expertise, client assignments, and substantive areas of law. We currently have a full-time opportunity for an Associate Counsel to join our Employment team at our Bloomington, MN office location.
