At least 5 years post-law school experience, as an attorney and/or in a business affairs role preferably with top-tier law firm or corporate legal department. At least 3 years experience interpreting, negotiating and drafting complex procurement agreements, preferably in the entertainment industry with familiarity with licensing intellectual property (e.g., Saas, content, confidentiality) and various copyright laws. Conversant in “terms of art” frequently used in the pay-tv industry, including traditional and new media technologies (e.g., authentication, SVOD, TVOD, DRM, MovieLabs, watermarking).
