In order to work effectively as a Director, Commercial Contracts, it is essential that the individual can: Understand the intricacies of the Company business model and strategic objectives and how they should be represented in customer and vendor contracts. Effectively structure, draft and negotiate complex commercial and strategic agreements, including GPO, IDN, BAA, partnership and other agreements. Direct, advise and mentor contract managers that operate in an intensive and time-sensitive contracting environment.
