Reporting to the Senior Director and Assistant General Counsel, Commercial Law, this position will be responsible for providing guidance and legal support on commercial, healthcare and Canadian law issues. Provide legal support to one or more internal clients in the commercial organization. Provide legal support to Canadian commercial business, including Market Access and Government Relations. Serve as legal representative on one or more cross-functional review committees for promotional communications, either at a brand level or across brands.
