Reporting to the GM Semiconductors and Officer, the Contracts Administrator/In-House Counsel will be responsible for providing leadership in support of all legal, compliance and commercial activity across the US business. This role will require establishing a focus on a culture of a continuous improvement, being customer-and results- focused, and advisory oriented. A principal responsibility will be the cost-effective engagement and hands-on management of outside counsel as required. Interface with the SSA board and Government Security Committee (GSC) of the board will be a requirement.
