The Attorney will provide negotiating and drafting support to our expanding theme park, retail development and location based entertainment businesses. Company is currently seeking an Attorney with Location Based Entertainment (LBE) and Theme Park experience. Drafting and negotiating LBE license agreements globally. Drafting and negotiating with third parties involved in all aspects of the development and/or production of LBE attractions and shows. Drafting and negotiating all manners of work-for-hire, talent, vendor and non-disclosure agreements.
