Company is seeking an investment lawyer to join the Securities and Investment Regulation team, reporting to the Managing Counsel –Securities and Regulation and working in close partnership with the global investment research team. The successful candidate should be comfortable working on a number of commercial aspects of the company investment line of business. The focus of the role is providing legal advice to the research team with particular emphasis on investment documentation through the life cycle of that particular investment, including any top-up, withdrawal, sale (on the secondary market or otherwise), redemption or restructuring across asset classes and geographies.
