This position will support sales, marketing and corporate operations, as well as provide general advice and counsel relating to intellectual property, advertising, brand strategy and consumer protection. This position will serve as the legal team’s lead representative for supporting company’s Sales & Marketing Department. Key responsibilities include providing legal and compliance advice and risk assessments on a full range of online marketing, advertising, ad network, consumer protection, sales and sponsorship issues (e.g., sweepstakes, contests, & promotional campaigns).
