The Associate Legal Counsel supports the Company’s Senior Legal Counsel and drives company success by providing daily legal support relating to a variety of legal matters. Specific tasks shall involve partnering with Sales Operations and business leaders to draft, negotiate, and review commercial agreements. Responsible for drafting, negotiating, and reviewing master service agreements, subscription agreements, nondisclosure agreements, change order requests, and other agreements with customers in support of company’s Sales Operations.
