Counsel is in the Legal and Insurance Department, and will support securities filings as well as international filings in those countries where company’s stock is registered. Supports corporate transactions, complex global corporate governance matters, including mergers/acquisitions, tax, treasury and financing projects for global operations. You should be a licensed attorney with at least 6-14 years of experience practicing securities law.
