The Litigation Counsel will be a member of company’s in-house Litigation Group, reporting to the VP, Litigation. The Litigation Counsel will be responsible for handling disputes and litigating cases as counsel-of-record (both independently and under supervision of other in-house litigators) and/or in collaboration with outside counsel. The Litigation Counsel will work on a wide range of matters, including general commercial disputes, media litigation (including defamation claims), employment litigation, intellectual property claims (both affirmative and defensive), insurance matters, third-party subpoenas and other matters.
