This position provides multi-level legal support to Company business partners with a particular focus on drafting and advice and counsel related to commercial contracts, including the Company’s membership contracts. The Corporate Counsel works as a business partner to the procurement team and other key business functions in the formulation, negotiation and preparation of contracts to support day-to-day business operations and new company initiatives. In addition, the Corporate Counsel provides legal support with respect to the preparation of and the Company’s membership contracts, including interface with business partners with respect to new membership products and initial research and ongoing review to ensure regulatory compliance.
