Company is seeking an experienced attorney whose primary role would be to provide legal support to business segments and corporate partners across the enterprise on contract negotiations concerning data security and breach requirements, as well as data ownership and use. In this role, the candidate would provide advice and counsel on a wide range of privacy and security-related legal issues, including providing privacy, security and data requirements for third-party agreements.
