In-house counsel position with primary responsibility for a wide range of legal tasks, services and support purposed at protecting and promoting the Company’s legal interests. Completes significant case or subject matter responsibilities for complex tasks. Prepares and reviews legal documents prior to execution to accurately convey the Company’s intent and protect and preserve the Company’s interests. Advises on and negotiates commercial and construction contracts, subcontracts, services agreements, asset purchase agreements, leases, letters of intent, joint venture agreements and other transactional agreements and documents.
